Just A Few Of My Thoughts …

“Our faith in Jesus transfers God’s righteousness to us and he now declares us flawless in his eyes. This means we can now enjoy true and lasting peace with God, all because of what our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One, has done for us. Our faith guarantees us permanent access into this marvelous kindness that has g1uen us a perfect relationship with God. What incredible jo~ bursts forth within us as we keep on celebrating our hope of experiencing God’s glory! But that’s not all! Even in times of trouble we have a joyful confidence, knowing that our pressures will develop in us patient endurance. And patient endurance will refine our character, and proven character leads us back to hope. And this hope is not a disappointing fantasy, because we can now experience the endless love of God cascading into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who lives in us!” Romans 5:t -5 TPT

We should consider ourselves truly blessed since God, our Heavenly Father, now declares us flawless in his eyes, and has granted us with a lasting peace with him, all because of what our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One, has done for us. This does not mean that our lives will be all peaches and cream, or that we will not be confronted with difficulties that can easily cause stumbling blocks to bring us down. Instead, our faith allows us to have a relationship with God through the Holy Spirit.

In this passage, the Apostle Paul is explaining that our relationship with God begins with faith and continues with the hope of experiencing the awe-inspiring endless love of God. Within this relationship, as life’s struggles begin to bring us down, we can rest assured in the arms of our Heavenly Father. He tells us we are to rejoice in suffering, since within such times, we are gaining in our abilities to stand strong against the enemy. Although our patience tends to be tested on a daily basis, we are to realize he remains available, simply for the asking.

Heavenly Father, help us to remember, that no matter what we find ourselves in the midst of, your door is always open, and be ever so thankful.

In Christ Love
