INTERESTING PERSONALITIES

It’s interesting the different personalities of those we meet along life’s journey. God certainly made us unique individuals. There are those that are quiet, conservative, don’t care to share much, those that share “too” much and you know all about them in just a few minutes. Then there are those that make it all about themselves, a one-sided conversation, not caring much about what you have to say, then there are those that are extremely easy to talk and share with, you are immediately drawn to them. Not that any of these folks are bad, it’s just their personality may be different possibly due to issues during their lifetime and feel the need to use that as a defense mechanism to protect themselves. No matter who they are or how they come across to those they meet, we are called by God to love and care for one another. We need to learn to accept people for who they are and try to understand where they are coming from. We don’t want to change everyone we meet, but there are some that could use a little “spiritual overhaul!” Praise God for making us all so unique!

Psalm 139:14
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, you have made us all so different from one another. We wonder how you keep track of us all but in your amazing and “Fatherly” way you do. You know what we will say or do even before we do. Help us to listen more for your words of guidance so that we will be better at accepting people for who they are, reaching out to them when needed. Amen
