Just A Few Of My Thoughts…

“Let everyone give all their praise and thanks to the Lord! Here’s why—he’s better than anyone could ever imagine. Yes, he’s always loving and kind, and his faithful love never ends. So, go ahead—let everyone know it! Tell the world how he broke through and delivered you from the power of darkness and has gathered us together from all over the world. He has set us free to be his very own! So lift your hands and give thanks to God for his marvelous kindness and for his miracles of mercy for those he loves! Bring your praise as an offering and your thanks as a sacrifice as you sing your story of miracles with a joyful song.” Psalm 107:1-3, 14, 22 TPT

We are approaching the time of year where a specific day has been set aside for us to simply say ‘thank you Jesus, for your blessing on me.’ Regardless, we should be in constant praise, with an attitude of thankfulness gushing forth from within and pouring out onto those we meet, due to the never-ending showers of blessings as they flow daily, from our Heavenly Father. 

This passage, among so many others, continues by reminding us to give all our praise, filled with thanksgiving to our Lord, living our lives in such a way as to speak of His constant presence within. His desire for us is to be ever so thankful, and to acknowledge his unending love, so that others will see Him through us. Problems will certainly come; but according to James 1:12a, ‘If your faith remains strong, even while surrounded by life’s difficulties, you will continue to experience the untold blessings of God!” Remembering, it’s ours, all for the asking!

Heavenly Father, help us to remember, you so generously lavish us with your untold blessings, and in that we are to be ever so thankful.
