REACH OUT AND TOUCH SOMEONE!

Recently a friend sent a message, via text, telling me they were thinking of me. I can’t tell you how that touched me and lifted my day. How often don’t we think of those that have come through, and into our lives, but fail to reach out and let them know we are thinking about them? It’s a missed opportunity to reach out and bless someone that may really need to hear that. When we think of a touch we think of a physical action, but words can do the same and more. Think of how Jesus touched so many lives with words and no actual physical touch. That alone should inspire us to reach out to others and let them know “we are thinking of them!” It doesn’t matter how we go about doing it whether it be a phone call, text message, or send them a note. The message doesn’t have to be lengthy, sometimes just a few words have the biggest impact, so reach out and touch that one person you are thinking about today.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, continue to inspire us to reach out to others the moment they are thought of and not passed off to do another day, we don’t want to miss the opportunity to bless someone who may need to hear just a few words of inspiration to lift them up at that moment. In your precious name. Amen
