Just A Few Of My Thoughts .. .

“So now wrap your heart tightly around the hope that lives within us, knowing that God always keeps his promises! Discover creative ways to encourage others and to motivate them toward acts of compassion, doing beautiful works as expressions of love. This is not the time to pull away and neglect meeting together, as some have formed the habit of doing. In fact, we should come together even more frequently, eager to encourage and urge each other onward as we anticipate that day dawning. So don’t lose your bold, courageous faith, for you are destined for a great reward! You need the strength of endurance to reveal the poetry of God’s will and then you receive the promise in full. But we are certainly not those who are held back by fear and perish; we are among those who have faith and experience true life! Hebrews 10:23-25,35-36,39 TPT

So many times, we fail to see the importance of meeting together, but the proven fact is that within the struggles of this life, we can so often use the help of fellow Christians. Just to know we have the prayers of those sharing our faith can give us strength and encourage us, so that we can continue to grow. In today’s society, we must have patience, in order to grow, along with perseverance to stand firm within His Word.

In this passage, we are told that God always keeps his promises. It is his desire that each of us learn to grow as we encounter life’s struggles. With Christ living within us, we can learn to have patience with perseverance filled with hope. His desire is for us to continue to meet, so that we can encourage and strengthen one another in our faith. With Jesus, and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, we are not among those who fear, rather we are among those who have faith and hope, knowing our source continues in the asking.

Heavenly Father, help us to remember that in your love for us we have assurance that no matter the circumstance, we are never alone, and we are ever so thankful.
