How often do we look at a sunrise, or a sunset, and just stand in awe as we partake of the magnificent beauty spreading across the skies before us? Even as we watch something as simple as a tree, entering into the first of spring as as it begins to take on its leaves, clothing it with all it s various shades of green, followed with the fall, leaving us awe-struck by the picturesque shades of vibrant colors just before it prepares for winter. All the craftsmanship of our Heavenly Father. In this passage, Davis is reminding us of the wonders of God’s creation. All our surroundings came into being simply by his spoken word. The existence of nature, surrounding us with its ever-changing beauty, defines his creative power. Even with all we are blessed to have and see, our relationship with our creator should be shown in our daily walk with Him, thus conveying His love through us.
Heavenly Father, help us to remember, your spoken Word brought creation into existence, therefor, help us as we continue to live and speak for the growth of Your Kingdom, remembering you are with us, all for the asking.
