When it comes to our families, especially our children, friends and, sometimes, even those we don’t know very well, we’d like to hear from them and how they are doing. As children of God don’t you think He would like to hear from us too? That’s where prayer comes in, it’s how we communicate with God. It’s a simple process, it can be about life, both good and bad, it can be done anytime, anywhere and as long or as short as you need, God is always listening and He will respond but in “His” time, not yours. Continued prayer is a powerful tool, it can heal, comfort and bring answers you have been seeking. In the words of our wise and precious Margaret, “it can be ours all for the asking.” May you be blessed with the “power of prayer!”

Thank you Lord for always listening. We know we must have patience when it comes to answers but we know you ”will” meet us where we need you the most. Encourage us to listen more to you and not depend on ourselves . In your name we pray. Amen
